Our therapists will work on your body using long stretch movements and use your body weight to increase maneuverability.
This is a powerful treatment for people who feel like their body is in a need of a stretch and alignment.
Please be aware that this is not a sports massage or deep tissue massage, it is a combination of techniques to help you feel refreshed and empowered in your body.
